Running Man Mode
At the options screen, hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 and press Square, Triangle, O, X, Square, Triangle, O, X for 'Running Man' mode.

Max Stats
Go to the character select screen and press Square to get to the options. Then, hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2. Next, press O, O, O, O, O, X, Triangle, Square. You should hear a noise to confirm you have entered the code correctly.
