At the matchup screen of a Pre-season game, press Square to go to Preseason Options. Press L1 to toggle the home team as the default stadium. Next, scroll to the stadiums you want to unlock and enter the following codes to unlock them:

5280 FEET: Old Denver.
AUTOMOBILES: Old Detroit.
CAROL: Old Carolina.
GOVT OWNED: Galactic.
LIGHT YEAR: 2050.
SEPIA TONE: Good Ol' Days.
